| MPEG is the working group of ISO/IEC in charge of the development of standards for coded representation of digital audio and video that Leonardo founded in 1988 and chairs. MPEG has produced standards that have ushered in the digital media age, such as MPEG-1, MP3, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 etc. | ||

DMP – Digital Media Project |
| CEDEO.net has been a founder of the DMP, a not-for-profit organisation with the mission to promote continuing successful development, deployment and use of Digital Media that respect the rights of creators and rights holders to exploit their works, the wish of end users to fully enjoy the benefits of Digital Media and the interests of various value-chain players to provide products and services, according to the principles laid down in the Digital Media Manifesto. The DMP has developed the Interoperable DRM Platform (IDP) specification, now at version 3.2 and released Chillout, the IDP open source software implementation. Leonardo is the President of DMP. | ||
